You will be doing 30 seconds for every exercise – with 3 exercises in total. Non stop if you can.

  • The first exercise is Mountain Climbers – for 30 seconds.
  • The next exercise is The Plank – for 30 seconds.
  • Finally the last exercise is Knee-To-Elbow crunches – for 30 seconds

30 seconds each then start again for a total of 5 minutes.

30 seconds, 30 seconds, 30 seconds. Non stop for 5 minutes.

hese exercises are great for developing core. They are also pretty good for abs, and cardio. The Mountain Climbers exercise makes you work very hard. If this is your first time doing these exercises you will want to pace yourself.

Do these exercises everyday if you can. You are working on your core, and you are doing cardio. It is a little different than working with weights.

If you feel that it is too easy then you can extend the exercises for another minute. Two minutes extra perhaps? The longer you can push yourself the more calories that you will burn.

You will work more core muscles, and the more abs you will develop. You will look and feel better.
