In a previous post, I it was mentioned from Dr. Oz the importance of doing 30 minutes of resistance / weight bearing exercise every week, especially for over 40 health and wellness.
As a man in my late 40′s I took this on board and decided to give to incorporate a 30 minute weight bearing exercise routine into my weekly exercise routine. I need to build some muscle.The problem I faced was that I don’t belong to a gym, and so I was looking for some sort of routine that just used body weight.
I have been looking for a way I can do some resistance training at home without needed any equipment, and I found a video that has a 30 minute weight bearing exercise routine, without the need for any equipment. So I thought I would share it with you.

- Jumping Jacks
- Lunge with Twist
- Seal Jumps
- Bicycle Crunches
- Stationary Lateral Lunges
